BIO

I'm originally from Phoenix, Arizona, which I still love. Except during the months of June, July, and August because I'm no longer accustomed to 115-degree weather. I did a number of plays in Phoenix, including my very first, Peter and the Wolf, when I was in fourth grade. I was cast as the grass and spent the entire show lying down behind a piece of painted-green cardboard, making it "sway" in the wind! I was very proud of this role and invited my whole family to come see me.

Now, I live in Los Angeles, where I act and write and just all around love life.

I currently train with Howard Fine in his master class at The Howard Fine Acting Studio and sing in the Los Angeles Valley College Choir. I am an alumnus of the Improv Olympic West training center, and I appear in comedy shorts for the Elders of the Dark Tower.

I've written a short film, Office Girl, which was produced and directed by Steve Yager, and comedy shorts, including Michael and Abby, and Buford's Myspace, which (so far) both have Walking Tall ratings on FunnyorDie.com!

I'm currently writing and producing a webseries called Leaving Bliss, in which I will also play the lead character, Patience Owen, a sheltered twenty-something who moves to Los Angeles from the small town of Bliss, Idaho to pursue an acting career.

I have a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, where I studied Performance Studies, and a master's degree from the University of Southern California, where I studied fiction and screenwriting.

Among other things, I enjoy singing "Bohemian Rhapsody" at karaoke dive bars and doing complicated sudoku puzzles.
